Kayron was a special rose in the early childhood community. She was on the Cherokee County First Steps board of directors when I was hired in 2007. She helped me learn the ropes and introduced me to many great people. Kayron assisted with development of the inaugural Cherokee County Child Care Directors Network which met monthly for training and networking. We will miss her beautiful smile and positive attitude. She was passionate about her work and made a great impact in her beloved field. We will miss her and I wish I had more time with her. I am looking forward to seeing her again one day. Kara, Benny, and other family members, you will be in my prayers for many days. I celebrate Kayrons life with you! Dorothy Priester

I loved to visit Kayron in the hospital. She always reveled her faith and blessed my soul, even when she was in great despair herself. Even in the midst of her own pain, she was always concerned for others. Kayron has made my life a better by knowing her and my faith stronger by seeing her faith in action. Loves Becky

We will miss beautiful Kayron. She and Benny were wonderful neighbors to my mom and dad. She meant a lot to all who knew her and was a great Sunday school teacher. She loved her family and was so proud of her children and grandchildren. Please know that Ronald and I are praying for you and wish we could more to ease the pain of your loss
