Walter H. Randolph

Walter Harrison Randolph, 89, passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at his home.

Born November 22, 1936 in Yancy County, North Carolina, he was the son of the late Carl Millard Randolph and Ollie Bell Randolph, served our country in the United States Navy and Marines and was of the Protestant faith.

Surviving is his daughter, Caroline High (Greg) of Spartanburg; grandchildren, Elizabeth Linnerud (Adam), Ned High (Andrea), Cash High (Allysa); great-grandchildren, Ella Grace Linnerud, Nash Linnerud, Marlowe High, Henson High and Katherine High.

Graveside services with military honors will be held at 12:00 p.m. Monday, November 2, 2026 at Western Carolina Veterans Cemetery in Black Mountain, NC.

Family members are at their respective homes.
