Wyoming Diane Allen, 85, widow of Rudolph Allen, went home to be with the Lord, Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at her home.
Born July 21, 1938 in Pikeville, Kentucky, she was a daughter of the late Ishmael Blackburn and Isabella Ball Blackburn. She was a member of The Bridge Church of The Carolinas and a homemaker.
Surviving are daughters, Becky Stirewalt of Charlotte, Bella Anthony (Roger) of Spartanburg, Darla Godfrey of Cowpens, Rudifer Jeter of Charlotte; sons, Jacob Vaughn and Rudolph Allen Jr. both of Charlotte; numerous, brothers, sisters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by two sons, Enoch Vaughn and George Vaughn.
A memorial service will be 6:00 p.m. Friday, December 1, 2023 at The Bridge Church of The Carolinas with Rev. Buddy Robbins, Mr. David Chastain and Christopher Anthony officiating.
