Wilfred Frank Trudell, 82, loving husband of Louise McDowell Trudell, went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills in Forest City, NC.

Born September 17, 1942 in Spartanburg, he was the son of the late Wilfred Frank Trudell Sr. and Marie Cantrell Mason. He was a former employee with Firestone/Spartanburg Steel, a member of the Chesnee Masonic Lodge #294, a Shriner and a member of Solid Rock Church in Spartanburg.

Surviving in addition to his wife is his sons, Mitchell Trudell of Greenwood, Bobby Hicks of Chesnee; daughters, Teresa Burnett (Curry) of Pauline, Karen Ray (Lee) of Chesnee; grandchildren, Gina Davis, Ethan Trudell, Evan Trudell, Natalie Trudell, Katie Blakley, Kourtney Waddell, Kerri Pinyon, Carlee Burnett, Will Sims and 12 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. Monday, July 28, 2025 at Harris-Nadeau Mortuary. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Harris-Nadeau Mortuary with Reverend Randy Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in Springhill Memorial Gardens with Masonic Rites.
