Wendell Earl Quinn, 62, passed away Thursday, July 11, 2024 at Peachtree Centre in Gaffney. 

Born January 2, 1962 in Spartanburg, he was a son of Gladys Hamrick Quinn of Chesnee and the late Weldon Earl Quinn. He was a former roofer and of the Baptist faith.

Surviving in addition to his mother are his sisters, Karen Cathcart (Mike) of Moore, Gloria Dean (James) of Chesnee, Beth White (Jim) of Charlotte, Gail Dunagin of Spartanburg and a brother, Donald Hamrick of Chesnee

In addition to his father, he was predeceased by a brother, Danny Hamrick. 

The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. Sunday, July 14, 2024 at Harris-Nadeau Mortuary. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Harris-Nadeau Mortuary with Reverend Clay Collins officiating.

Family members are at the home of his sister Gloria, 1165 Piedmont Road, Chesnee, SC. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Brooklyn Baptist Church, 8449 Parris Bridge Road, Chesnee, SC 29323.
