Wade Humphries

Wade Humphries Chesnee, SC Marshall Wade Humphries, 64 of Old Furnace Road died January 11, 2017 at his home. Born April 20, 1952 in Spartanburg, he was a son of the late Norris Simpson Humphries and Janie Bell Nolan Humphries. Those left to cherish his memory are a son, Jamie Humphries and wife Heather of Rutherfordton; brother, Ronnie Humphries and wife Cathy of Spartanburg; sisters, Elaine Hord and husband Jerry of Chesnee, Patsy Phillips of Gaffney, Kitty Wilkerson of Chesnee; 3 grandchildren and a very close and dear friend Peggy Williams. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, January 29, 2017 in the Chapel of Harris-Nadeau Mortuary with Rev. Toney Clements officiating. A private burial will be held at Springhill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 prior to the service. Family members are at their respective homes. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Chesnee High School Fishing Team, 795 S.
