Born February 29, 1976 in Spartanburg County, he was the son of Jerry Thomas Hines of Chesnee and the late Joyce Starnes Hines.
Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 4, 2023 at New Hope United Methodist Church Cemetery in Rutherfordton, NC. with Rev. Debbie Toney officating.
The family will greet friends following the service at the gravesite.
