Terry Lee Hassell, 72, loving husband of Cindy Wergin Hassell passed away Friday, July 11, 2025 at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills in Forest City, NC.

Born April 9, 1953 in Florida, he was a son of the late Calvin Hassell and Sylvia Senters. He was a retired Union Electrician for over 50 years and his passion was teaching the Apprentice Electrician School for many years. His hobbies included, flying, hand gliding, Astronomy, fishing, restoring erector sets, civil war reenacting and traveling.

Surviving in addition to his wife are his sons, CoreyLee Hassell, Tony Gates Hassell, Chris Hudson; brothers, Mike Hassell and Danny Senters.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by brothers, Calvin “Butch” Hassell Jr., Richard Hassell and Tracy Senters.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date in Ohio.
