Teresa A. Clark

Sherry Allen “Teresa” Clark, 64, passed away Saturday July 25, 2026 at Upstate Community Hospice House.

Born January 1, 1962 in Wilmington, NC., she was a daughter of the late Burton Allen and Betty Jean Long Allen and was of the Baptist faith. Teresa enjoyed gardening, drinking coffee, reading daily devotions and spending time with her grandchildren which meant a lot to her.

Surviving is her daughter, Shana Atkins (Bruce) of Campobello; sons, Timothy Jackson of Campobello, Brandon Jackson of Spartanburg; sisters, Carolyn Allen of Hickory, NC., Cindy Allen of Bessemer City, NC., Kathy Thomason of Spartanburg, Josephine Simmons of Alaska, Pamela Broussard of Wilmington, NC.; brothers, Richard Allen of Salisbury, NC., Randall Allen of Spartanburg; grandchildren, Adrian Atkins, Kaylee Atkins, Jordan Atkins, Courtney Jackson, Lydia Jackson and Austin Berry.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until 12:45 p.m. Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at Harris-Nadeau Mortuary & Crematory. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Harris-Nadeau Mortuary & Crematory with Rev. Randy Atkins and Rev. Nate Clyburn officiating. Interment will follow in Rutherford County Memorial Cemetery in Forest City, NC.
