Roland Eugene Gue Sr., 74, husband of Anita McVey Gue, passed away Tuesday August 4, 2026 at his home.

Born January 6, 1952 in Frederick, Maryland he was a son of the late Raymond Luther Burrier and Virginia Ellen Gue and was retired from the Maryland State Highway Division.

Surviving in addition to his wife are his children, Roland Gue Jr., Bryan Gue, Wendi Poole (Wayne), Shellie Main (Randall); grandchildren, Blaine Gue, Matthew Gue, Bryson Gue, Bryleigh Gue, Justin Myers, Wayne Poole Jr., Stephanie Poole, Dallas Poole, Kacie Poole, Matthew Main, Jordan Main, Patrick Main and Isbella Jove.

A private graveside service will be held in Springhill Memorial Gardens.

Family members are at their respective homes.
