Richard W. Ezell Gaffney, SC. Richard Walter “Dicky” Ezell, 70, husband of 50 years to Lois Browning Ezell of N. Green River Road passed away Thursday, January 24, 2019 at his home surrounded by his loved ones. Born May 3, 1948 in Spartanburg County, he was the son of the late William “Pug” Ezell and Estelle Jenkins Ezell. He was a former textile worker and of the Baptist Faith. Surviving in addition to his wife is his daughter, Sharon Sibbett and husband Tony of Gaffney; son, Ricky Ezell and wife Lori of Gaffney; brother, David Ezell of Merritt, NC.; grandchildren, Heather Scruggs, Caleb Sibbett, Lacey Ezell, Tara Ezell, Rick Ezell; great-granddaughter, Alice Elder and his loving companion, his dog Coco. The family will receive friends Monday, January 28, 2018 from 12:30 until 1:45 p.m. at Harris-Nadeau Mortuary. Graveside services will follow at 2:00 p.m. in Springhill Memorial Gardens with Rev.
