Reiner Walter Danigel, 44 years old, husband of Taylor Nicole Watts Danigel, passed away unexpectedly in the early morning hours of Thursday, August 27, 2026, at Spartanburg Medical Center. He was born on October 20,1931, in Simpsonville, South Carolina, to the late Eberhard Danigel and his mother, Joy Rhyner Danigel. In his working years, he was an Emergency Medical Technician employed with various companies. 

Surviving him are his wife, Taylor Nicole Danigel of Greer, mother, Joy Rhyner Danigel of Simpsonville, sons, Eric Danigel of Greenville and Jensen Danigel of Greer, stepdaughter, Blair Stockholm Watts of Greer, brothers, Christopher Danigel (Keturah) of Tryon, North Carolina, Michael Danigel of Sumter, South Carolina, numerous nieces and one nephew.

A Celebration of Life will be announced in the near future.
