Randy Roach

Paul Randy Roach, 71, husband of Rosemary Brannon Nichols, went home to be with the Lord, Tuesday May 19, 2026, at Spartanburg Medical Center, Mary Black Campus.

Born October 23, 1954, in Spartanburg, he was a son of the late Rev. Clifford Darnell “C.D” Roach and Bulah Izora Mahaffey Roach. He played the guitar at his dad's church, Randy was a mason, a Shriner where he was very active with raising donations where he rode a bicycle all the way from Chesnee to Myrtle Beach to raise money and he would also be a clown for the children at the Shriner Children’s Hospital. He loved motorcycle riding, especially Harley Davidson’s. He served our country in the U.S. Army and was a member of Stateline Baptist Church.

Surviving in addition to his wife is his daughter, Christi Peace (Craig Watkins); sisters, Carolyn Lee, Brenda Lee, Diane Woody, Renee Roach; brothers, Wayne Roach, Danny Roach, David Roach; grandchildren, Taylor Danigel (Reiner), Joshua Watts, USMC; great-grandchildren, Blair Stockholm and Jenson Danigel.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by brothers, Calvin Roach, Kenneth Roach and DeWitt Roach.

Graveside services will be 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at Fredrick Memorial Gardens in Gaffney. The family will receive friends following the graveside service at the cemetery.

Family members are at their respective homes.
