Dearest Sister in Christ Peggy. She was one of the first to welcome David and I to Mayo SC. She invited us to her church and told us about their love for each other and for the Word. She always welcomed us into her lovely home and often joined us in prayer. We loved being in her Sunday School class which she taught for many years. She was always ready with her lessons and enjoyed sharing her biblical knowledge with love. The Mayo community and Mayo First Baptist church owe a lot to this lovely, fine lady. She will be missed by many and remembered by many more for years to come. Gods saving Grace has welcomed her home, and the heavenly choirs are still singing loudly with Joy. Thank you Sister Peggy for being my dear friend. Janet B. Goode
