Patricia A. Williams Spartanburg, SC. Patricia Ann Williams, 64, passed away Tuesday, December 11, 2018 in her Spartanburg home. Mrs. Williams was born on January 15, 1954, in Madisonville, Kentucky, to Teddy Roosevelt and Jewell Clayton Fireline. In her working years, she was employed with Laurens County Hospital where she worked in materials management. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Cassandra Lynn and Allen West of Spartanburg, sister, Peggy Duncan and brother and sister-in-law, Delbert and Judy Fireline all residing in the state of Kentucky. She also was the proud grandmother of 2 and great-grandmother of 4. At Mrs. Williams request, no formal funeral services will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are preferred to any foundation for the safety and care of animals.
