Nancy Ruth Wey

Nancy Ruth Wey, 68 years, wife of William John "Bill" Wey, passed away on Friday, October 28, 2022, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home after a brief illness. She was born on June 6, 1954, in Queens, New York, to the late Frederick R. and Ruth Marie Wieler Krug. In her working years she was the owner/operator of her own limousine company.

She is survived by her husband, William John "Bill" Wey, of Lake Lure, North Carolina, son, Bryan Wey of New Jersey and her brothers, Richard Krug of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Frederick R. Krug, Jr.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 12, 2022, at Fairfield Mountains Chapel, 1384 Buffalo Creek Road, Lake Lure, NC 28746 with a reception to follow
