Melinda Faye Whelan, 63, passed away Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at Spartanburg Medical Center.
Born June 10, 1959 in Louisville, Kentucky, she was a daughter of the late Homer Clay Miller Sr. and Dorothy Jean Stochay Miller and was a homemaker.
Surviving are her children, Michael Shane Whelan and Faith Copple; brothers, Junior Miller, Bryan Miller, Grant Miller, Toby Miller; sisters, Lorrie Jean Miller, Carolyn Miller, Elta Jean Goodhue, Margaret Montoya; 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a son, Charles Wayne Whelan and a sister, Sandy Klingle.
No services will be held at this time.
