Mary L. Robbins

Mary LouAnn Robbins Chesnee, SC. Mary LouAnn Robbins, age 82, departed this life on Monday, December 21, 2020 Born May 1, 1938, she was the wife of Alton Robbins and the daughter of Abe and Lillie Davis, both of whom preceded her in death along with her eldest son, Alton Benny Robbins. She was a member of Eden Wesleyan Church, retired textile worker and beloved wife and mother She is survived by her husband Alton Robbins; daughters, Kathy Worthy (Steve), Delores S. Robbins; sons, Melvin Robbins (Tanna), Jeff Robbins, Reverend Buddy Robbins (Debbie); 15 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren The family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. Thursday, December 24, 2020 at The Bridge Church of the Carolinas. Funeral services will follow at 12:00 p.m. at the church with Rev. Buddy Robbins and Rev. Richard Hall officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Steve Worthy, Jr., Travis Robbins, Nicholas Crowe, Adam Robbins, Timothy Robbins, Chase Robbins; Honorary Pallbearers are Matthew Worthy and Mitchell Crowe. Family members are at their respective homes. The family wishes to thank Amedysis and Comfort Keepers along with a very special thank you to Robbie Kubler and Kym Bishop for all their support and caring.
