IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Mary A.
Inglett
December 7, 1937 – February 23, 2026
Mary A. Inglett
Cowpens, SC.
Mary Adams Inglett, age 88, formerly of Union, entered into Heaven on February 23, 2026. She was the daughter of the late Nervilee Turner Adams Eubanks and Linder Ray Adams. She was preceded in death by her brother, Richard Thomas “Rock” Adams.
Mary had a deep love for the outdoors and could most often be found tending to her flowers or enjoying time outside. She also had a special gift in the kitchen. She loved baking for her family and friends and took great joy in entering her homemade baked goods in the local county fair. Whether she brought home a ribbon or not, she was proud to share what she made and delighted in seeing others enjoy it.
She never met a stranger and especially loved hosting a good yard sale — even if she only made five dollars, she treasured the conversations and friendships far more than the profit. Her gift for hospitality and genuine interest in others made everyone feel welcome.
Above all, Mary loved her family. She devoted her life to caring for those she loved and would readily set aside whatever she was doing to meet the needs of her children and grandchildren. Her steady presence, selfless heart, and unwavering love will be deeply missed.
She is survived by her children: daughter Lydia Inglett (Jolyon); son Jeff Inglett (Kari); son Eric Inglett (Amanda); and son Russ Inglett (Vonda). She also leaves behind eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, who were the joy of her life.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
The family is at the home of her son, Eric Inglett.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at TerraBella Spartanburg Assisted Living and Family Hospice, for the love, dignity, and gentle care they provided.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that memorials be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation, P.O. Box 61420 Staten Island, NY 10306 in Mary’s honor.
Mary’s life was a beautiful reflection of kindness, faith, and devotion to family — a legacy that will continue in all who knew and loved her.
