Martha Cudd Smith

Martha Cudd Smith, 63, passed away Thursday January 8, 2026 at Prisma Health, Greenville Memorial Hospital.

Born January 13, 1962 in Spartanburg, she was a daughter of the late Robert Cecil Cudd and Faye McKinney Cudd and was retired from Modern Material and Handling and worked many years for the Spartanburg Healthcare System.

Surviving is her loving companion, Mitchell David Lester; son, Michael Smith; bonus children, Mandy Draper (Daniel), Geoffrey Lester (Kelly); siblings, Robin Bridges, K.C. Cudd; grandchildren, Michael Smith III, Lorelai Smith; bonus grandchildren, Morgan Andrews (Chase), Makayla Scarabino (Tyler), Cassandra Draper, Kinlee Draper, Geoffrey Kellen Lester and Leo Lester.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
