Lisa Maureen Spivey Cooper, 54 went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, November 25, 2021 at her home.
Born January 21, 1967 in Spartanburg, she was a daughter of Lottie Spivey Pruitt (Jimmy) of Inman and the late Clifford Joe Spivey. She was formerly employed with the Carolina Country Club and a member of Alverson Grove Baptist Church. She loved to craft, sew, read and gardening (Flowers).
In addition to her mother and step-father, she is survived by her son, David Cooper (Stacey) of Gaffney; daughter, Erica Swofford (Brandon) of Chesnee; brothers, Timothy Spivey (Teresa), John Lee Pruitt (Dawn) all of Inman; sisters, Janice Brooks of Chesnee, Sharon Webb (Johnny) of Chesnee, Angela Miller (Larry) of Jonesville; grandchildren, Carter Cooper, Callie Cooper and Cheyenne Swofford.
In addition to her father, she was predeceased by a sister, Tammy Blackwell, niece, Ashley Webb and a nephew, Joseph Brooks.
The family would like to give a special thank you to Linda and Randy Cooper for their friendship, love and care for Mrs. Cooper.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. until 3:45 p.m. Monday, November 29, 2021 at Harris-Nadeau Mortuary. Funeral services will follow at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Harris-Nadeau Mortuary with Dr. Ron Culbertson officiating. Burial will follow at a later date in Alverson Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mobile Meals of Spartanburg, PO Box 461, Spartanburg, SC 29304.
