Linda Kay Smith, 68, loving wife of Joseph Smith went home to be with the Lord, Friday, October 14, 2022, at Pelham Medical Center.

Born March 29, 1954 in Fayette, MO., she was a daughter of the late Arvil Henry Lawson and Ester Mae Wooten Lawson. She was a retired bus driver for Spartanburg School District 1 after 21 years and attended Center Cross Church in Chesnee.

Surviving in addition to her husband is her daughter, Tonya Wilson and husband Pete of Boiling Springs; son, Bobby Ray Smith of Lyman; grandchildren, Trey Wilson III, Zoey Wilson and Zachary Foster.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by four brother and one sister.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 23, 2022 at Center Cross Church (formerly New Vision Church) 594 Dillon St, Chesnee, SC 29323 with Reverend Joey Mills officiating.
