Linda Gossett Burke, she was the beloved wife of 47 years to Alan Wayne Burke, went home to be with the Lord Saturday, January 15, 2022 at Regional Hospice Home.

Born February 26, 1951 in Chesnee, she was a daughter of the late James Oliver Gossett and Mamie Revels Gossett. She was the step-daughter of the late Pauline Suttles Gossett. She was a charter member of Gateway to Life Baptist Tabernacle where she was a very active and devoted member who loved her church and members dearly and was retired from Copac Inc.

Surviving in addition to her husband is a sister Janet Harris and husband Wink of Chesnee; brother, Charles Marshall Gossett of Chesnee and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and step-mother, she was predeceased by a sister Margaret Ann Gossett and a brother Larry Edward Gossett.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. Monday, January 24, 2022 at Harris-Nadeau Mortuary. Funeral services will follow at 12:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Harris-Nadeau Mortuary with Rev. Tony Clements officiating. Burial will follow in Springhill Memorial Gardens.
