Guestbook

The night I had Scottlyn was a whirl wind of events; when I finally got to hold her for the first time, I looked up and you were the first person I saw. You were so stinking proud of me, you had the biggest smile with all your teeth showing and your nose and cheeks were red with happiness. You said "She's beautiful." Out of all of the memories you and I shared this is the one that is the most vivid to me. You and Scottlyn, y'all were two peas in a pod. You played with her every chance you got and always wanted to know when she was coming home if she had been away for a day. You told her that mama and daddy better let her wake you up if she wanted to, she loves you so much papa. She misses you so much, we all miss you so much. I love you papa :love_letter:

Just wanted to share your children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Even though we never blended as well as a family as you and your extended family, at the end of the day, we were your family too. You will be greatly missed and we love you.

I will always remember our talks when I felt like I was on the outside looking in. I will forever be grateful for all you have done for me. You are an awesome papa to my daughter and granddaughter. You never treated me different. You always have me advice even when I didn't want to hear it. You were a shoulder for me when I lost mama. I will think of you and miss you daily. Go rest now papa for your work on Earth is done.
