Larry W. Hutchins Chesnee, SC Larry Wayne Hutchins, 62, loving husband of 30 years to Patricia (Patty) Eskew Hutchins of R.C. Thompson Road, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, December 31, 2016 at Regional Hospice Home. Born July 28, 1954 in Berkeley, CA, he was the son of Louise Hollifield Hutchins of Chesnee and the late Winfred Hutchins. He was an operations manager for Commercial Metals Company, was a past member of Woodfin Ridge Golf Course and a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. Larry was a loving husband, devoted family man, loyal friend and avid golfer. He loved life and lived it to the fullest with kindness in his heart and a smile on his face. In addition to his wife and mother, those left to cherish his memory are sons; Shawn Hutchins (Hannah) of Aiken, Kyle Hutchins (Rebecca) of Chesnee; sisters, Beth McKelvey and Leisa Griffin both of Chesnee; brother, Jon Hutchins of Chesnee; grandchildren, Luke and Brie Hutchins; several nephews and a niece. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at Mt Pleasant Baptist Church with Rev. Charlie Glover officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 until 12:45 p.m. Tuesday, prior to the service at the church. The family is at the home.
