Kathy Lyda Cooper, 68, widow of Billy Ray Cooper passed away Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at Upstate Community Hospice House.
Born September 19, 1956 in Shelby, NC., she was a daughter of the late Jethro Lyda and Evelyn Price Lyda and was a retired textiles worker.
Surviving is her daughter, Tanya Cooper and husband Keith Jackson; sister, Margaret Greenway; brothers, Junior Lyda, Bill Lyda; grandchildren, Mckenzie Cooper and Bryson Jackson.
Per. Mrs. Coopers request, no formal services will be held.
