James Mullins

James Douglas Mullins, 62, passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021 at Pelham Medical Center in Greer. James was born on March 20, 1959, in Spartanburg to the late James Gilbert Suber and Elizabeth Mullins McIntyre. He was educated in the local area and graduated from Boiling Springs High School.

Survivors include his mother, Elizabeth McIntyre of Spartanburg, step-mother; Ruby Suber of Spartanburg, Son; Javonus Hollis of Virginia, daughters; Tenisha Lowrance (Doug Miller) of Spartanburg, Rekisha (Eric) Hughes of Boiling Springs and Kiana Harris of Laurens, sisters; Joyce Deffendorf (Sal) , Mitchelen (Kenneth) Rogers and Laparchia Suber all of Spartanburg, brothers; Michael and Mark McIntyre of Spartanburg, Calvin McIntyre (Precious) of Boiling Springs, Frankie McIntyre of Greer, Donald (Cynthia) Martin of Spartanburg, Anthony (Jamie) Suber of Lakeland, Florida and 8 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Gilbert Suber and step-father, Curtis McIntyre.

A celebration of life will be held Tuesday, September 28, 2021, 3:00 pm, in the chapel of Harris-Nadeau Mortuary. Inurnment will be private.
