Mr. James Clinton Frady, 83, passed away Thursday, April 18, 2019, at Willow Ridge Rehabilitation Center in Rutherfordton, North Carolina. He was born on November 27, 1935, in Spring Creek, North Carolina, to Garland and Dorthy Plemmons Frady. Mr. Frady was a dairy farmer in his working years.
