Henry Fairfield Cash, 93, husband of Ruth Barnett Cash, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Sunday December 10, 2023 at his home.

Born November 30, 1930 in Mayo, he was a son of the late Henderson Cash and Jo Ella McCraw Cash. He retired from Roadway Express as a Truck Driver an served our country in the United States Army. Henry was a lifelong member of Graham Chapel Wesleyan Church where he served and held many offices and had 60 plus years of perfect attendance.

Surviving in addition to his wife is his daughter, Vickie Edmonds of Chesnee; sons, Scott McAbee and Kenneth McAbee both of Mayo and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a son Charles Cash; brother, Henderson Cash and sisters, Sara Lou Bush, Mary Sue Cash and Augusta High.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. Thursday, December 14, 2023 at Graham Chapel Wesleyan Church. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the church with Rev. James Henderson and Rev. Preston Edmonds officiating. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.
