Glenn H. Roddy

Glenn Harold Roddy, 81, loving husband of Peggy Cash Roddy, went home to be with the Lord Friday, May 15, 2026 at Regional Hospice Home.

Born September 13, 1944 in Boiling Springs, he was a son of the late Ralph Roddy Sr. and Daisy McGraw Roddy. Mr. Roddy was a devout Christian man having being a long-time member of Piedmont Baptist Church and also served our country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.

Surviving in addition to his wife Peggy, he is survived by his sons, Joshua Roddy of San Francisco, CA., John Roddy and wife Emily of Tampa, FL.; brother, Junior Roddy of Cowpens and a sister, Brenda Blanton of Chesnee.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by sisters, Betty McAbee, Ozelle Stewart, Evaleen Bachelor and brothers, Gene Roddy and J.F. Roddy.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday, May 18, 2026 at Harris-Nadeau Mortuary & Crematory.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 19 2026 at Piedmont Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Fleming and Dr. Rhyan Ashcraft officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
