Gary Lester Swink

Gary Lester Swink, 68 years, passed away Saturday evening, August 14, 2021, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice House, after an illness. Gary was born on February 18, 1953, in Cleveland County, North Carolina, to the late Ellis Carswell and Gladys Swink Carswell. He was a resident for many years in Morganton, North Carolina, and most recently resided in Chesnee. In his work years he was employed with Steel Clad in Greenville, South Carolina, where he was a parts delivery man.

Survivors include two daughters; Gabrielle Swink and Jaime Nicole Swink-Cooley both of Chesnee, sister; Sharon Curtis of Charlotte, North Carolina, and 2 grandchildren.

Private graveside services will be held .
