Garey L. Worley

Garey Lee Worley, 77, husband of Arlene Carpenter Worley, went home to be with the Lord, Monday, June 15, 2026 at Regional Hospice Home.

Born December 12, 1948 in Woodruff, he was a son of the late Oscar William Worley and Gladys Chapman Worley. He was the owner/operator of Worley’s Wonder and a member of Full Salvation Church of the Living God in Clifton.

Surviving in addition to his wife are his children, Lynn Worley of NC, Tracy Orr of Spartanburg, Chris Martin of FL., Zachary Worley of Mayo; sister, Alice Bailey of Inman; nieces and nephews, Robert Worley, Jimmy Worley, Ronald Worley, Junior Bailey, Judy Guy, Christian Norton, Mark Stuart, Jeff Worley, Kathy Stuart; 3 grandchildren, Holly Good, Lauren Chadwick, Logan Orr and 5 great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his siblings, Robert Lee Worley, Charles Worley, James Worley, Louise Worley, Clara “Sissy” Worley and Helen Stuart; nephews, Robert Worley and Jeffery Worley.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. Saturday, June 20, 2026 at Harris-Nadeau Mortuary & Crematory. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Harris-Nadeau Mortuary & Crematory with Pastor Ricky Pridmore officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Inman.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Full Salvation Church of the Living God, 110 Fallkirk Drive, Boiling Springs SC 29316.
