Frankie Eugena Ponder, 53 years, passed away Friday morning, May 3, 2024, in her Boiling Springs home after a long illness. Frankie was born on January 15, 1971, in Spartanburg, to the late Darryl Eugene Allen and Barbara Lynn Whitmire Waddell. She was a University of South Carolina Alumni and for 20 years, was a registered nurse.

Survivors include her mother, Barbara Lynn Waddell of Boiling Springs, son, Tyler Wells of Greenville, daughter, Shelby Wells of Boiling Springs, brothers, Austin and Cassidy Allen both living in Glendale, sisters, Melody Cravey of Chesnee, Ashley Allen of Glendale, Amber Eplee (Steven) of Chesnee and two grandchildren, Drake and Madi Joy.

At Frankie’s request, no formal funeral services are planned.

The family will be at the home.
