Frances M. Peeler Johnson, 89, went home to be with the Lord, Friday, May 23, 2025 at White Oak-North Grove.

Born September 9, 1935 in Spartanburg County, she was a daughter of the late S.B. Morris and Verdie Cash Morris. She retired as a Supervisor with Raycord Manufacturing, was the former co-owner and manager of Peeler’s Mobile Home Park and was a faithful member of East Gaffney Baptist Church.

She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is survived by multiple nieces and nephews

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her first husband, Hubert Reid, second husband, M.C. Peeler, third husband, Paul Johnson; sisters, Maggie Dean Blanton, Ella Mae Painter, Rebecca “Beck” Blanton; brothers, Marion Morris, Keis Morris, Jim Morris, Harley Morris Sr., R.B. “Bill” Morris, Alvin “Toby” Morris and Smith Morris.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at Harris-Nadeau Mortuary in Chesnee.

Funeral services will be 12:00 Noon Thursday, May 29, 2025 at East Gaffney Baptist Church with Rev. Josh Davidson officiating. Burial will follow in Springhill Memorial Gardens in Chesnee,
