Florrie Ann Padgett

Florrie A Padgett Chesnee, SC. Florrie Ann Wall "MaMaw" Padgett, 86, went home to be with the Lord, Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at her home. Born December 1, 1933 in Cherokee County, she was a daughter of the late Broadus and Ethel Byars Maynor. She was first married to the late Leonard L. Wall and secondly to the late Robert Padgett. She was a former employee with Reeves Brothers Mill and later with Cash and Henderson Drug Store. She was a member of Chesnee First Baptist Church and the Frances Finger Sunday School Class. Surviving are her children, Benny Wall and wife Kayron of Chesnee, Linda Wood and husband Doug of Chesnee, David Wall of Antioch, CA; sisters, Vonnie Jewell, Venetta Lee; grandchildren, Kara Brill and husband Les of Chesnee, Clayton Wall and wife Tonya of Chesnee, Justin Wood and wife LeighAnn of Greensboro NC, Beth Hickman and husband Hamilton of Cleveland, TN; great-grandchildren, Landon, Kyndall, Coy, Cade and Landon and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husbands, she was predeceased by sisters, Betty Vaughn and Becky Martin. Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 15, 2020 at Springhill Memorial Gardens with Dr. Greg Mathis and Dr. Gary J. Grogan officiating. The family ask that those attending the service, that social distancing be observed and mask be worn. Due to health concerns there will be no visitation period.
