Elizabeth Rena Stanford, 53, wife of Doug Stanford, passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2026 at her home.

Born July 14, 1973 in Spartanburg, she was a daughter of Stanley Suttles and Judy Pruitt Suttles. She attended Chesnee High School and was a homemaker and a former School Bus Driver.

Surviving in addition to her husband and parents are her children, Priscilla Trumbull (Timothy), Ashley Welsh (Patrick), Danny Puckett (Tarah); sisters, Lisa Sparks (Tommy), Lynn Sparks; grandchildren, Johnny Abbott, Xander Abbott, Abigail Trumbull, Féilim Welsh, Ayden Puckett, Brylee Puckett, Kinley Puckett and one on the way.

She was predeceased by a sister, Lisa Suttles.

The family will receive friends from 2:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. Friday, September 4, 2026 at Harris-Nadeau Mortuary and Crematory. Graveside services will follow at 4:00 p.m. Friday, September 4, 2026 at Friendly Hills Cemetery conducted by family members.
