Edith Louise Justice, 83, wife of James Justice, went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, February 29, 2024 at her home.

Born June 5, 1940 in Mayo, she was a daughter of the late Avery Hood and Rosalee Fowler Hood. She was formerly employed with TNS Mills and was of the Baptist faith.

Surviving in addition to her husband is her daughter, Patty Calicutt (Tim) of Spartanburg; son, Timothy Justice (Tina) of Chesnee; sister, Judy Barnes of Fingerville; grandchildren, Isaiah Calicutt, Tennille Seay (Neal), Nicholas Justice, Tiffany Todd (Jamie), Sherrie Justice, Kyle Justice; 15 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a daughter Alice Justice, brother, Raleigh Hood and a granddaughter, Kerri Justice.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 4, 2024 at Good Shepherd Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel with Mr. Neal Seay officiating. Entombment will follow in the mausoleum. 

The family will receive friends following the service.
