Alex, Nikki, and other Brognano Family, When I think of your mother, it makes me smile. She was fun, friendly, artistic, and had a heart of gold. I loved going to Italian restaurants with her while we went to Converse together. She had such a passion for all things Italian and creating and beautiful and meaningful artwork. I think her greatest creation was her beautiful and precious family. I am sorry for your loss.Your family is in my prayers. With Love, Danielle Womack

I was so saddened to hear about Denise passing away this morning. I have known her well over a decade and worked closely with her at her time at SAFE Homes-Rape Crisis Coalition. She started volunteering under me and we would have long conversations together about ways to help. She was such a giving soul...sometimes to the point it hurt, but that was just who she was. She loved people and wanted them to do well. She loved her family and especially her sweet grandson. She lit up when she spoke of him. I am glad she is not dealing with the physical pain and suffering that she dealt with for so long. Rest easy sweet lady and know we will always remember you. Karen Martin-Wilkins
