Deborah Ann Rubio Barger, 66, of Chesnee, SC passed away Saturday, February 17, 2024. She was the former owner of Caruso’s Restaurant and Lounge in Spartanburg, SC.

She was predeceased by her parents, Christobal Rubio and Helen Caruso. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her step-father, Joseph Caruso, brothers, Ronald and Charles McMullen and a daughter, Jayme Irwin.

She is survived by her husband Robert Barger of Chesnee; son, Christopher Rubio of Munice, Indiana; daughter, Emilee Cook and husband Isaac of Roebuck; grandchildren, Haley and Kaylee Seay, Anthony Rubio, Bella McDaniel, Hudson Cook; special friends, Patty Charles and Kathi Irvin.

Per Deborah’s wishes, no services will be held.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Gibbs Cancer Center, 380 Serpentine Drive
