Danny Dean Turner, 78 years old, husband of Linda V. Lamb Turner, married 58 years, passed away Friday evening, November 7, 2025, in his Mayo home. He was born in Spartanburg County on March 10, 1947, to the late Taupe Turner and Jetty Millwood Turner. He worked in various professions, his last being Adidas where he was a machine operator. He was also a member of Orchard Street Baptist Church and attended regularly until such time that his illness prevented him being active.

Those left to mourn his passing along with his wife are sons, Christopher Daniel Turner and Larry Dean Turner both of Mayo, daughter, Melissa Turner of Boiling Springs, North Carolina, brother, Teddy Turner of Beaumont, SC, 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

A Memorial Celebration of Life service will be held this coming Friday, November 14, 2025, 1:00 pm, in the chapel of Harris-Nadeau Mortuary.
