Cindy Wiggins, 56, wife of 36 years to Russell Wiggins passed away Sunday, January 26, 2025 after a long illness.

Born September 4, 1968 in Spartanburg, she was a daughter of the late Gene Stacey and Linda Atkins Henderson. She was a graduate of Unicoi County High School in Erwin Tennessee and was a homemaker and loving grandmother.

Surviving in addition to her husband Russell, she was survived by a son, Josh Wiggins (Ashley); 3 grandchildren, Emaline, Saige, Jaxon and a sister, Wendy Stacey.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date.

Family members are at their respective homes.
