James Robert “Bob” Moon Sr., 68, passed away Friday, January 13, 2023 at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills in Forest City, NC.
Born December 31, 1954 in Spartanburg, he was the son of the late James Jefferson Moon Jr. and Joanne Betty Painter Moon and was of the Baptist Faith.
Surviving is his son, Dusty Toy Moon of Spartanburg and many grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a son, James Robert “Jim” Moon.
A memorial service will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, January 26, 2023 at Cherokee Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Belton Drake officiating.
