Blayne Jackson Cole, 85, husband of Linda Faye Lowe Cole passed away Saturday, October 1, 2022 at his home.

Born November 29, 1936 in Polk County, NC., he was a son of the late Limuel Ben Cole and Jenny Agnes Metcalfe Cole. He was a self-employed contractor and of the Baptist faith.

Surviving in addition to his wife are sisters, Jennelle Hill of Forest City, Patsy  Strother of Tryon; son-in-law, Tim Orr of Gaffney; granddaughter, Lindsey Orr of Gaffney.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a daughter, Luann Orr and seven brothers.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. Thursday, October 6, 2022 at Harris-Nadeau Mortuary. A memorial service will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Harris-Nadeau Mortuary with Dr. Ron Culbertson officiating.

The family would like to give a special thank you to his caregivers, Betty Natzke, Chrissy Turner and Wendy Moore.
