My thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends. I met Billy living in SC and have to admit him and Rosie were the best neighbors I've ever had. Many of life talks and fun talks. Best one is when we got a new dog and she went missing, outside yelling for her and I hear Billy, she's in my house...lol. Billy you will be missed. Love to the family, Rosie, and friends.

My only sibling. My "little" brother! I will miss you. I love you. I know we will meet again soon. What a day that will be! We definitely had our ups and downs. Good times, sad times, scarey times and fun times. You led your life like you wanted, you had a compassionate heart. Until we meet again, Billy. I Love You, Your Sister, Lynda

Much love Billy you have left us to soon Jesus had different things in mind he needed you more. We all have wonderful memories of you and the times we had. You will always be in our hearts. Never to be forgotten. To be absent in the body is to be present with Jesus. LULT. RIP My love and friend.

I wish I had the opportunity to meet you. Rosie has been my best friend since 7th grade and has lost a lot of people she loved in the course of her life. I know in my heart she will see you again n heaven, so in the meantime keep a watch out for her. She has moments you know, and save me a place too so I can always be near my friend. Frankie

Billy I still feel like this is a bad dream but I'm realizing it is not. I miss you so much and will never forget especially how you impacted my family's life. You were a blessing to me and for that I can't thank you enough. Everywhere you went you shined a light on a new person with the bubbly personality you had. You made me want to be a better person. You also showed my mother how to love again. I can never thank you enough for that. I know you are in a better place with no suffering so don't worry about us. We will see you on the other side one day. I love you so much and miss you terribly. RIP Billy..... xoxo
