Talmadge Arthur “Buddy” Davis Jr., 70, formerly of Chesnee, passed away Thursday, June 1, 2023 at his home.
Born April 11, 1953 in Spartanburg, he was a son of Eva Scruggs Davis and the late Talmadge Arthur Davis Sr. He was retired as a Service Tech with AT&T and of the Baptist faith.
Surviving in addition to his mother is his significate other, Angie Scruggs of Candler, NC.; son, Jason Davis (Mendi) of Spartanburg; daughter, Jennifer Dunn of Chesnee; sister, Linda Amick (Jimmy) of Boiling Springs; brothers, Marty Davis of Rutherfordton, NC., Tim Davis (Bridget) of Chesnee; grandchildren, Karmen Frady (Shawn), Patrick Dunn, Haley Dunn, Cole Davis, Cooper Davis; great-grandchildren, Axton Frady, Kimzee Frady and Cain Dunn.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at Harris-Nadeau Mortuary. Graveside services will follow at 2:15 p.m. Tuesday at Springhill Memorial Gardens.
The family is at the home of Eva Davis.
