Born March 23, 1943 in Spartanburg, SC she was the daughter of the late Floyd and Beulah Robbins.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at Chesnee Wesleyan Church with Pastor John Burgess officiating.
