Betty T. Bailey, 90, widow of William Merdith “Bill” Bailey, went home to be with the Lord Friday, May 9, 2025 at her home.

Born December 18, 1934 in Spartanburg, she was the daughter of the late L.O. Turner and Myrtle Lee Cash Turner. She was retired from Community Cash and was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church.

Surviving is her daughter, Debra Bailey of Spartanburg; sons, Donald Bailey and Dennis Bailey both of Spartanburg; 4 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a son, Danny Bailey and brothers, Chauncy Turner and Dennis Turner.

Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 13, 2024 at Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Jonathan Childers officiating.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. prior to the service at the graveside.

Family members are at their respective homes.
