Angela P. Thrift

Angela Paulette Thrift, 54, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at Regional Hospice Home.

Born February 25, 1972 in Spartanburg, she was the daughter of Deborah Robinson Thrift of Mayo and the late Reverend Douglas Thrift. She was formerly employed with Sherman College of Chiropractic and a member of First Baptist Church of Mayo. Angela was an avid traveler who enjoyed traveling and seeing new sights and places.

Angela Thrift was a beloved daughter, niece, cousin, godmother, and cherished friend whose presence touched the lives of so many.

She is survived by her mother, who was not only her constant loving companion, but also her tireless and devoted caregiver. Their bond was one of deep love, devotion, and unwavering companionship.

Angela was a loving niece and cousin and a treasured friend to so many. She had a special place in the hearts of everyone who knew her. She was a loving godmother to Sara Loudon and an honorary aunt to many, sharing her love, kindness, and caring spirit freely with those around her.

Angela will be remembered for the love she gave, the lives she touched, and the special place she held in the hearts of her family and friends. Though she will be deeply missed, the memories of her love, laughter, and friendship will remain forever.

The family will receive from 12:00 p.m. until 12:45 p.m. Saturday August 15, 2026 at Harris-Nadeau Mortuary & Crematory. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Harris-Nadeau Mortuary & Crematory with Dr. Ron Culbertson officiating. A private interment will be in Piedmont Baptist Church Cemetery.

Family members are at their respective homes.
