Wilma Jane Steen

Wilma J. Steen Wellford, SC Wilma Jane Proctor Steen, 77, wife of Edmond Steen of Galloway Drive passed away Thursday, November 15, 2018 at her home. Born October 5, 1941 in Newton NC., she was a daughter of the late Clarence Evans Proctor and Katie Smith Proctor and was a retired textiles worker. Surviving in addition to her husband are daughters, Lori Lowe and husband Roger, Donna Wood all of Chesnee; sons, Allen Rudisill wife Amy of Newton, NC, Tony Rudisill of Mayo; sister, Virgie Stallings of Hickory; brother, Billy Proctor of Lincolnton, NC; 8 step-children, 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a son, Calvin Rudisill and brothers, Eugene Proctor, Everette Proctor, Howard Proctor and a son-in-law Robert Wood. Graveside services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Friday, November 16, 2018 at Springhill Memorial Gardens with Rev. Ron Culbertson officiating.
