Ruby Sauls

Mrs. Ruby Sauls, 66 years, passed away Saturday, February 13, 2021, at Magnolia Manor Long Term Care after a long illness. She was born on October 3, 1954, in Lancaster, South Carolina, to the late Woodrow Wilson and Emma Elizabeth Rollins Starnes. She had been a resident of Spartanburg for a number of year and in her works years was a retail sales clerk with Walmart. At her request, no formal services are to be held.
